Re: Will Powering Arduino with 9V battery affect my pi

Actually I was talking about powering the arduino on its Vin port, because I am afraid it will generate back emf or something. I did connect it like that for some time to test ,but only for a short duration. Plz tell me if its safe Its not a good idea (although you can do it) to power either the Ard...

Re: Will Powering Arduino with 9V battery affect my pi

Raspberry Pi and Arduino are connected and as I have many sensor I am thinking of powering it externally,so is it safe to power it with a battery? It is safe to power the Raspberry PI with a battery, but not with a 9v battery ! and... its always dicey to combine the Arduino with the PI (the first i...

You can operate the camera manually from a terminal; in fact, that is the only way I've used it myself, so far. You may automate a...

What you are talking about is called bare metal which amounts to running 'whatever' on the Raspberry hardware without an operating system... for instance the folks at micropython have gotten Python to run on the SoC bare metal on the PyBoard... ... there is a bare metal subforum category on this sit...

Quel système d'exploitation utilisez-vous?

Comment avez-vous la carte SD?

Qui PI (2) ou (3)?

Assurez-vous que votre alimentation est de 5V 2.5A 2500mA, et assurez-vous que votre carte SD est bien en place.

fix your photo link... That worked - Interesting that we have to do that - the Img button didn't work at all, and the straight url button wrap doesn't "just work". Thanks for the tip. Bonjour,

oi-- pas bon.

Habituellement, lorsque la PI surchauffe sans charge (ralenti) quelque chose a été court-circuité sur le conseil et le conseil ne se remettra pas.

Cela ne semble pas bon.

Je suis désolé.

Re: Problems with permissions

I think what you need to do is to add your students to a group (student-staff, or staff) that has permissions to the /dev/gpiomem , or to /dev/mem (although the former is I think all you need, if not someone will correct me)
