Re: Mathmatica: Raspberry resetting the variables after a while

Thank you very much for answering, I have been away from the computer for a while. I run Mathematica v12 on Raspberry Pi 4. Well, I think you are right, speaking of large variables. There are a few long lists of words (300 thousand). I will look into the space that they take and compare it with free...

Re: Mathmatica: Raspberry resetting the variables after a while

Thank you for your answer/question. No, I am not overclocking at all. I turn it on, run a Mathematica notebook (program) and it works fine. Then suddenly the variables are reset. Re: Adding a USB drive

Many thanks for the posts that seem to address my question... but they do not help because I cannot see the hard drive. For a beginner, there must be steps before ["If you see..." ] and those are essential. Another kind post writes "Ideally..." but again, the world is far from ideal. ;-) I cannot se...

Adding a USB drive

Hello, Newbie here... I have searched the Forum and the FAQs but did not find an answer. I want to connect an USB drive (250 Gbyte) to the Pi but I have to format it for Raspbian which I have tried. I can see the disk in File Manager but it does not allow me to put files on it (Permissions). I have ...
