yes if you keep it cool you CAN IN THEORY keep booting up the speed, but dont forget that parts have a optimal value that when pushed above will cause the system to shutdown and only boot up to a white or blue screen never to be unbricked (it becomes a hardware issue). i suggest finding a new tutorial, try youtube if your a hands-on worker(like most of us pi guys). or try different means of setup. for more information try this

go buy a reloadable visa and buy it with element 14, i suggest going through msm, we order from element 14 where i work, here in north america (north indiana so not to far from canada).
