How do I access the sense hat using only C? I looked in the snake example written in C but I need to know how I can access the humidity/barometer/temperature sensors.

Your gateway settings on USB0 are wrong. On the zero the gateway addresss should be the address of the pi2. well you are using aluminium foil capacitors, which for higher frequencies are not the best, as they have a high parasitic inductance.
