Problem may have been resolved. A friend let me borrow their monitor so that I would be close enough to plug it into my own router, instead of using the ethernet port in the wall of my roommate's bedroom. Meaning the issue was caused by my apartment building's stupid ISP.

Problem with pacman

I have a fresh install of arch arm on my pi. I tried to update the os but I ran into two problems. The first problem was that pacman said that all of my packages were corrupt. The second problem is that now pacman can't find any package I try. This is my first time messing with arch arm so any help ...

Problem with network connection

I made a fresh install of raspbian but for some reason I can't get a network connection. I tried deleting the 70-persistent rules but it doesn't even exist. How do I fix this?
