I think you can find required information on internet. You need to connect it on usb and introduce it to the system then calibrate it. I have never done it before but I suggest you to first understand the logic.

It would cost you at least 200usd. You should compare ready to use options and their benefits as well. Also you should talk to car`s bus lines. Also FM radio seems challenging. Because it is not like playing mp3, it is an analog source you should output it to main line somehow.

Audio quality on Bluetooth Audio is not good, transferring audio with transmitter is even worse.

Audio on bluetooth decodes and codes again with crappy DACs.
