Hi, I successfully installed Hostapd and configured it as a WifiAP but how can I make the Pi act as a repeater , via connwecting it to another WiFi while in AP mode thus sharing that wifi's internet connection? Like Connectify for windows.

try to forward packets to the wifi connected devices:
# iptables -t nat -F
# sysctl net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1
# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s <WIFIAP IP ADDRESS/24> -j MASQUERADE

add DNS Server to /etc/resolv.conf and use it to other wifi connected gadget as their default dns too.

Can I directly connect the Hub's VCC and GND to Pi's GPIO PIN1 and GND PIN?
I'm using the official RPi 2 and Pi Power Supply Unit. Which outputs 5V and 2A.
