<t>Finally got an e-mail from RS regarding the Expression of Interest I logged at about 6:10am on Wednesday:<br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> <br/> Dear Customer<br/> <br/> Thank you for joining the Raspberry Pi revolution and registering your interest in Raspberry Pi’s Model B board from RS Components....

Re: A good read

How comes I'm getting double or triple apostrophes to the words in my posts? Weird.

Re: Blogs about the launch

<t>From my own experiences, I only found out about the R-Pi last weekend because my housemate was moving out to live with his girlfriend. Before then I hadn't seen him in over a month and since we are both tech geeks, we chewed the fat whilst he was moving his stuff and he mentioned the R-Pi. He has...

Re: Which Power Supply?

I have a Blackberry Curve as a works mobile and by chance I happened to check the DC output from the charger; 5V @ 750mA DC. Ordered the same Blackberry charger off eBay for £6.00 delivered.

Re: Who was the fastest in the morning?

I've checked with Farnell and mine is expected to arrive w/c 12/3/12. I started the order process at about 6:45am after having difficulties registering with Farnell and finished the order process at about 7:15am.

Re: Have's and Have Nots

<t>I also had an ETA for 12/3/12 and after n3tw0rk5's comment about the ETA date on the order confirmation being potentially bogus, I have checked with Farnell (I spoke to a helpful guy in their CSD) and I report the following (this only applies to Farnell):<br/> <br/> Batch 1 - all stock (500 units...
