Problem Solved. It looks like the SHA1 Algorithm in my copy FCIV is broken. In the end I used this command within Windows 10 to recalculate the SHA1 and it came up correctly: CertUtil -hashfile filename.zip SHA1 I didn't realize there was another command built in to windows to calculate this stuff, ...

Or try one of 2 things, first try decompressing the zip file with 7zip, there are some known issues with the built in zip utility and Windows. Second option would be to use Rufus and don't bother with unzipping the file, just point Rufus to the Zipped download and try writing the image. That image ...
