That's why I was wondering, since they have the source is it possible with some commands to compile it for ARM?

Re: How do I run this program?

It is much easier to do the work on the raspberry pi. I personally have never cross compiled and find it easier to do it all on the pi. As for the illegal part, sorry, I misunderstood. I've been googling and it's an issue with nodewebkit and stuff I realized why not get xmbc, but when I do a...

Re: How do I run this program?

I can compile it as I have the source, what command line for grunt would I need to compile it for ARM? Look at this page for info: and you will need npm also. At least in the us, it is illegal. I use it to stream personal torrents (That are not illegal) and I know how to build it for windows and I ...

Re: How do I run this program?

The raspberry pi is not 32 bit or 64 bit. It uses the armv6 and unless you have the source code, from git or somewhere, there is no way to run it on the pi (unless it can run under mono). Edit: just looked and seems like the git page has been taken down. You do realize this is illegal right? I can ...

Re: Can't get usb speakers to work

Don't forget to reboot (shutdown and remove power - pause - power on) to verify that the volume setting is retained after restart. all this because RPi doesn't have a visual volume meter haha In Raspbian you can add the Speaker Icon to the LXDE Task Bar http://www.linuceum.com/Distros/osDesktopConf...

Re: Can't get usb speakers to work

Random note: is there a way to make a shortcut to an app from the Pi Store because I love the background time/weather app; and on a sidenote is there a better time/weather background/screensaver type app for debian/arm?

Re: Getting a rPi + these peripherals -- anything I'm missin

Why are you buying a Model B Pi ? This is a better deal a B+ http://swag.raspberrypi.org/collections/frontpage/products/b-raspberry-pi-starter-kit Also did you check if the USB WiFi / Bluetooth is supported ? On a Model B+ with 4 USB Ports it is more cost effective to buy seperate Bluetooth and Wif...
