Hi after using the vlc for a few days i find that some songs in mp3 format play very well whilst others in the same format play for a few seconds then stop as all the songs were created and converted to mp3 using my sound forge program in windows 7 i am beginning to think that the different bit rate...

Hi i am trying to install/mount my flash usb stick with out much luck i have read up but cant quite make out what one of the letters is so as to write to terminal also do i need to format the flash drive as there is some thing still on it any help please ,Brian.

Really strange answers! @ghans: he wanted to play mp3 files, not video @redhawk: not everyone is a command line freak. VLC does really have some advantages. At the moment my VLC is playing some nice music (mp3, but can play also lots of other file formats ..) My VLC version is self compiled with OM...

Hi there Make sure your /etc/network/interfaces file has the correct information. You can load the file in terminal by entering sudo nano /etc/network/interfaces. Hi I installed my wireless dongle input the correct information and connected to the net and the dongle kept connecting and then going off after a few seconds ,am I doing some thing wrong ? I was using rasbian and I know the dongle works ok ,any help please Brian. :o

I've got an identical case, that I used to use for my tablet... Fitting the pi and a small screen + batteries would be amazing... cool That's exactly what the case is my friend Yeh, came with my tablet lol. But i broke the bit at the top that holds it in place...
