You really don't need a transistor in the circuit. I have a 4-relay board similar to that and it works on 3.3v to the IN pins. I really dont know, i dont have a multimeter, but with the current of the 5V output of the RPi is enough. So, I can use a transistor to amplify the current, but i dont know how.
