ssh has stopped connecting on port 22

To my knowledge I've done nothing to cause the change. System diver (an old model B) is running headless and refuses to connect with a 'ssh: connect to host diver port 22: Connection refused' error. I even put a monitor & keyboard on diver and did 'systemctl stop/start' with no effect. It can't even...

Problem upgrading to Jessie

I have tried both "upgrading wheezy to Jessie" and "generating Jessie from scratch". In both cases I suddenly lose the display manager after a reboot. All I have left is a single xterm window in the middle of the screen; no desktop and no lxpanel at the bottom (I like it there). The rest of the disp...

Re: Arduino-ide-1.6.5 + due on the Raspberry Pi

BTW, I noticed when I copied the binaries that you had, they were named "arduino_1.6.0_all.deb" and "arduino-core_1.6.0_all.deb". Since I need 1.6.5 I didn't use them.

Re: Arduino-ide-1.6.5 + due on the Raspberry Pi

ShorTie, I used your instructions at the beginning of this thread to install Arduino 1.6.5 but when I start I get the following error: Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java.awt.SplashScreen._getInstance()J at java.awt.SplashScreen._getInstance(N...

Help compiling a Printer ppd file

Just purchased a new Canon MG5620 all-in-one and while it's true that they only include ppd files for x86 and AMD, they also provide the source. They include as comments an rpmbuild example to build the files. Knowing nothing about fedora (sp), I have no idea how to translate that build to run on ra...

Tellico returns nothing from IMDB

The subject sums if up. Tellico is a collection manager for various collections including books (I have 250+ in with another 2500 to go) and movies (I have over 500). The books are going in fine but when I attempt to use IMDB to access movie info, nothing in returned. I don't know if the API has cha...

A question for you people running Eagle 'free' CAD; How the $%#&*# did you get to install?
