When over clocking the Pi is concerned I notice that there is no definitive Mhz range eg 800mhz max. Is this because of chip manufacturing as in is it luck of the draw? eg my Pi does 800mhz yours does 900mhz.

Hey all, I wish to learn Python programming language on Pi. What is the best course of action to take from a beginners start point? What are some good programs to practice developing with ect? I want to eventually develop my own software and games but don't know were to start. How did you start lear...

Thank you all, now do you think the rpi is worth it? i want to get into development and this looks like a good start point, eventually I aim to design games but for now I wish to learn Linux and programming. :D

starting pi

Hi all, hope you all are well.
I'am very interested in the "Raspberry Pi" and have a few questions regarding it.

1) Were is the best place to buy one in Australia?
2) Apart from monitors/tvs what is the best screen to use? (ie touch ect)
3) Is there a native GUI?
