as far as i have done heat test. Nothing on the r-pi gets over 120f (46 or 47 c ) so i don't see the point in a fan or heat sink. This is the same cpu my old phone. Arm cpu's are ment for heat and self cooling.

ok, so i finally got it working. I used a external USB thumb drive for my micro SD card. and i got to used win32disk so to thos whom had the same issues as me. Use a external SD card reader and not the internal.

Some old card readers cannot handle the SDHC format that means anything 4GB or over won't work or play nice. You can get cheap SDHC card readers one reliable source is Pound Land. :) Just be aware that buying one of these can be pot luck some work well others do not i.e. read / write very slow, thr...

Well here is what im doing now. I found a old Micro SD card reader and im using that now to see if it works.

Im using the new Raspdian one that just came out.

Nope, all my laptop says is "Do you want to Formate now?"

So it doesn't... im not sure what else to do...

I used this program

Not to mention you have to write most to all the hardware code yourself. Not to mention the kernal and what not....

But... WIll it Run? that is the Question, if you read over the FAQ then that may give you a  idea... android can run on this ONLY if someone ports it over. Windows 8 tho will require a little more power...
