Hi guys (and girls)

i'm also one of the lucky ones to have a AIY and planning to play some streaming radio. i read a couple of topics about it on this forum and abroad.

but for a noob like me, can't decide which to follow (maybe it's just my personality :) ).

what are the big difference?

i looked twice at my DS18(B)20 and it is a DS1820..... but sold at me as a B version.....

so this was my storm in a glass of water......

Does it seem to work if you use a demo program like the one on https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruits-raspberry-pi-lesson-11-ds18b20-temperature-sensing/software ? That's what I used to work out the Scratch support code. at first the python script didn't work and i searched for other python script......

i did what you suggested and throwed away all the "zero's"! it really works great, not only do i have a very small partition, booting speed has increased with a factor 2..

is this also possible when the original sd-card is 32Gb (only 6GB in use) and the new card is 16Gb..

small question, does forked-daapd support movie files on the appletv, i've my itunes liberary online and i get only the audio on my appletv if i want to play a movie...

Hello thanks for the swift reply! you were right, the server crashes when i put some files in de /srv/music/ directory . no daapd deamon on ps ax | grep forked-daapd after putting the files in the directory i checked the rights of the files and chmod 777 them to rule out a right problem! the db-path...
