No, although the GPU on the pi is the equivalent to that of an original xbox, playing the games requires xbox specifications, even if it is emulated.

RCA output problems

Using Noobs I was able to get video output with RCA when in the OS choosing menu and while installing raspbian, however once it installed the video cut out when i boot it, and i have no HDMI cable, so no way to temporarily hook it up so i can change the Config files. there are certain SD cards that won't work with the PI. here is a chart of some of them.

not just that but earlier models of the pie weren't able to accept any SD over a class 10, this may SOMEHOW still be a bug.
