Idea from Gamestick

Would it not be cool if they was a Pi that plugged directly into the tv like the Game Stick and was powered by the HDMI like the Game Stick. maybe it would cut costs further for some.

keyboard is hp and needs 5v -50ma
mouse wireless thing is 5vdc - 100ma

As an experiment because of what you asked me, about what's plugged in, I'm trying it with nothing in the USB sockets and so far it's not turned off so It seems its the keyboard or mouse? I dunno which or both is the issue I'll with the mouse plugged in only and visa versa.

Shut Down

Hi my Raspberry Pi has seems to not work, it shuts down on it's own soon after been turned on. Anyone have any ideas of the cause?

I had a look round the scratch website and im not too excited by it based on the things people seem to have made with it, i was hopeing to learn somthing more serious that will be around for a while.

Dose the boards come from china, because when i order things from outside of the eu i get charged a tax and handleing fee somtimes. The last one i got was just under 15 pounds.
