Re: An OS for the R-Pi created completely in assembly

There is a port to ARM http://www.arm.com/community/p.....uctId/3469

Re: Conferences and other public appearances

Uhhmm, yes, nice perspective in that video.
In regard to sound: It is quite clear, too.
But, beg your pardon, I cannot understand a word. I think because of background noises are most clear while Mr. Upton's voice is not. But I might be wrong on behalf of not beeing a native speaker!

<r><br/> Then you're not going to get network rootfs. The functionality has been pretty much removed from the later on 2.6 kernels. I know this because we had issues trying to use the vanilla 2.6 kernels with our ATCA stuff under Montavista Linux- they've been porting it back in for the last 2-3 yea...

Re: Boot loader for USB devices

<t>RasPi server version lol. Very reduced GPU and increased CPU. Wonder if the price point could still be met at 1Ghz+ with 512MB or 1GB and the LAN9512 chipset, composite only out for initial setup and everything else handled by another RasPi through RDP. Just asking lol.<br/> Why not? Linux kernel...
