Re: C Library for the LCD Display

Thanks for the response.
I am using LCD display as the main display.
I just need to configure how to control the touch panel and if there is a C library to do it.

The reason I am saying is that as soon as I power it up, the blue screen should appear but the screen stays blank as there is no power in at all but I see the PI LEDs boots up. I fo...

C Library for the LCD Display

Hello,
I have recently purchased an LCD display and want to write a touchscreen application. Can anyone recommend a C Library that I can use to control the LCD panel.
There is a Python library but if you can recommend a C Library, will be much appreciated.

Re: Facing HUGE disappointment

Many thanks everyone for your help.

The problem was with the HDMI. As soon I as switched to HDMI from RCA, everything started to function as normal. I think by default the RPi Os is using hdmi not RCA.

Many thanks, but would you know if all these packages are pre installed or you need install all of them?

I tried to install the "cmake" but as I tried to build it toward the end almost 96% complete end stops and give me two errors. Not sure if someone else faces the same problem?
