Re: Using the official Raspberry Pi touch display with a Projector

Can I use some GUI to switch on the projection to the projector through the hdmi port where I have plug in the PiHut hdmi/vga convertor, and vica versa? Or must I first set the hdmi options in config.txt and after that reboot my RasPi? It seems that that PiHut Hdmi to Vga convertor does not work out...

Re: Setting up official Raspberry Pi WiFi dongle

OK. So what security method is your network running with? Because your WiFi hardware is working OK. If it's WEP you either have to change it to WPA/WPA2 or add strange parms in /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf. If it's WPA/WPA2 then the most likely problem is an invalid SSID or invalid psk i...

Re: Pi2 to boot from SD card & use op. system from USB stora

But before I want to be sure: can I use for this my 1 TB external USB HDD? Is there a limit in bytes of the storage device for this, say when I partitioning it and creating ext4 filesystems on the 1 TB HDD? I have done this with up to 500 GB drives. I would be amazed if a 1 TB drive gave you a prob...

The uSD card was corrupted probably, because of inproper shutdown that I did previously. Now the eth1 is the interface that get from my ISP an IP a...

No, the PC and the RPi are both USB host devices.
So, I must use an USB-Ethernet adapter between Pi and Switch, or between Pi and Desktop PC box, right?
