Power requirements for the Pi Zero not in the FAQ

I just went to look up the power requirements for the Zero and didn't find anything listed here:

does anyone have the figure to hand? Also who do I email to remind them to update the FAQ?

I assume that you mean from the command prompt
Either command prompt or GUI answers will be fine.

Have you tried this, specifically on Pidora? Please try this command on Pidora and report your results.

It's hard to google for this because of the Pidora "headless" feature which reads out the IP address over the audio channel and by blinking the LEDs. I just tried to get NOOBS via the torrent link and got an error message: Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker.
