Re: Screen Application

It's not well documented but you could put the following in .screenrc zombie kr Then when you re-attach to the screen you will be asked if you wish to kill the window by pressing 'k' or restart the process that failed by pressing 'r' This looks promising. Have a look at https://www.gnu.org/software...

Re: Screen Application

The test program run (counts down from 30 and then ends normally) and when it finishes the tmux window closes. I really want that window to stay open (or re-attachable) so I can look at the program output. Are you sure that it is not re-attachable? The test program has ended and your connection to ...

Re: Connect Arduino with Raspberry Pi 3

Hello everyone, after some hours googling and googling I decide to write my issue here. I am another one that is trying to connect Arduino and Raspberry Pi 3 using a common USB cable. I do not use any GPIO pins on my Raspberry, Just plugin the USB cable from the Arduino to one of the four USB ports...

Re: GPIO.HIGH turns relay on when off expected?

Each relay has a block of three blue terminal connectors; connecting the power extension through pins 2 and 3 instead of pins 2 and 1 will invert the behaviour.

Re: WiFi Direct

Yup, use your home router as the AP (Access Point) you then have all dives on the same network and don't need to worry about connecting them. RPi + MQTT + NodeRed + esp8266 is a brilliant combination and works very well. Set up the RPi first and get it working then use the RPi as the MQTT broker for...

Re: Using android phone to control raspberry pi 3 with wifi

Yes it's possible :) Take it one step at a time. First setup the RPi (it is best to have one time connection to the internet for updates etc and then go offline once it is working) https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/setup/ Second ... set it up as an access point. .... https://cdn-learn.adafru...

SECURITY! If I can get access to your RPi, using public password and name then I can get access to your home network. When I have access to your home network then I can get access to your PC and other devices. Then I can empty your bank account and tell when you are not at home and empty that as wel...

If you have added WiFi to the zero then you could set it up as a WiFi access point.

If you have added Ethernet to it then you can connect with an Ethernet cable.

Re: Need help with using class

You have

Code: Select all

        print zgoraj, spodaj, c, d, e, f, g, h, i
        return zgoraj, spodaj, c, d, e, f, g, h, i
at the end of the slave_160 class and in main.py you print

Code: Select all

print show_temp[0]

Have you any plans of what to do next? Maybe send an alert when there is spare electricity, maybe turn on the water heater to use it.
