Thanks for replying. The power supply is 5.25V and 1A . The hub is the only thing plugged into the usb ports of the pi. It delivers 5V and 2A. The keyboard is the only thing plugged into it. There's a linux version of xampp.  You can run it off a usb drive.  Could you use it as a development only server?
