Re: Bug found in Raspbian...

So do these sticky keys have higher priority than the GUI? If they don't it won't work, because as I said I couldn't even click the shutdown button.

Re: Bug found in Raspbian...

I clicked on the file explorer to open it. It took me to the pi directory every time.

I know this part is not relevant to finding a bug but is there a keyboard shortcut to shutdown (or go back to the terminal in my case) if the bug happens again?

Re: Bug found in Raspbian...

I don't know if I can reproduce the bug although I will give it a try. And no I did not click 30+ times on the file explorer button.

Bug found in Raspbian...

I was playing a quick game of minecraft on my rpi and I tried to open a file explorer in the background. Suddenly Raspbian tries to call up an infinite number of file explorers all showing the pi directory. My pi was lagging so much that I couldn't press the shutdown button. I probably need to repor...

Installing OpenELEC

I have just downloaded OpenELEC from the downloads section of this site. After unpacking it using 7zip, I try to use win32discimager to write the image to an sd card, when I discover.... that there is no image file. How in the world do I get the image onto an sd card? Did I download the wrong type o...

Re: How fast does SDL run?

Cool! I'll try your solution when my pi arrives (a few weeks). Just one question.

Does your video show how to install SDL_image, SDL_ttf and SDL_mixer? If not how do I install them?

Thanks!

Re: Minecraft programming in C++

Is it difficult to learn? Because my python skills are very low and mostly do C and C++.

PS. Does it also support C?

How fast does SDL run?

I have heard lots of people on the forums talk about getting SDL on Raspbian. How fast does it run? I am thinking about what graphics library to use and I do not have a raspberry pi yet.

Allegro on Raspbian?

I will be getting a raspberry pi in a few months and want to know if I can get Allegro on Raspian. I am asking now because I am trying to find a good multi-platform library that will also run on the rpi.

Thanks. :)
