Pi wont boot up

I have a Raspberry pi model B revision 2.0 and it doesnt boot up. I have Raspbian installed on the sd card and when i plug it in, the power light goes on, and the ACT light glows dimly green and nothing shows up on the screen.

Just don't do 8-bit either, it crashes the emulator also.

Only set it to 16-bit color mode, I have heard that is the best color mode to set it on.

Doesn't Raspian have a program like in windows readyboost? because i have a lot of usb drives that are not at use if they dont have it in Raspian they should add it.
