Update: Using a different USB sound card didn't work any better. It seems building a newer version of Dream won't do the trick either because of this simple test: running alsaloop -- a program that will send the soundcard input in realtime to sound output -- gives very choppy audio. Hi, When I connect a USB soundcard to my Raspberry PI and run alsaloop (a utility to play back the sound that is currently being received by the soundcard) the sound is very choppy (whether I play it back through HDMI or the same USB card). TL;DR it's possible, but the CPU doesn't seem to be able to cope with audio input, audio output and DRM decoding simultaneously.
