RISC OS is in my experience the fastest OS for the Pi. Its the least useful and its showing its age (Its a refugee from the nineties). EDIT: After days of excruciating stress and frustration, I finally found a tool to help me fix it! I got it, if anybody would like a tutorial on this tool, please let me know. I am very glad this worked. I was getting very upset by this! Thanks for all the support.

Nothing here is helping, I've been having problems with my SD card for about two weeks now. I'm trying to install Arch Linux ARM and all my SD cards are having a problem.

I've been meaning to try out Arch Linux as it is, I'd be very interested in installing it on my pi. Would you be able to point me to a thread explaining how to install LXDE and perhaps some wireless drivers for the Raspberry Pi?
