Since I exchange my RPI3B+ I’ve got no issues.
The sdram frequency is also manually set to 500 and everything works fine.

I use LibreElec 8.2.5.

I sent a message to the vendor who supplied me the RPI3B+.
He is ok to exchange the RPI.
I bought the RPI the 13th march.

I told him the RPI was defective and sent a link to this forum thread.

I hope I will receive a new one without any problem.

Hi, I've got the same problem here. I've got LibreElec on the RPI3B+ and it freeze after some minutes. This is not random at all. Adding arm_freq=1200 seems to fix this freezes for me. If you want some details about the board like serial number or something else, I can provide it. Hope this can hel...

The zip img is about 1.5go.
It's better !

The drawback is that it's slow to unzip and require 64go.
But it's ok.
