we just would need the terminal emulation, not the full GUI
this would be awesome
do you know something that can allow to enter on a natted RPI?

I am trying to use rrdtool (apt-get install rrdtool) because it does not have a DB. But it seems difficult to start, I am still making some tests on how to setup and configure it to properly handle like temperature values or aother type of notifications.
