Re: fallout 3 pipboy

Right!!! I have know idea why they make custom display point, that screens never use! Are you talking about using a 4" screen for a fallout4 pipboy or a fallout 3 pipboy? If im assuming everything right, I think the waveshare touch screen would be easy to set up based on there description.

Re: fallout 3 pipboy

I forgot to include this in the last message. If you want turn of the previous led the code would look something like this. Pressed = "HIGH" //Associating the value HIGH (5V) with the word Pressed (this can be any word you choose) If(Button1 = "Pressed") Then //If statement LED1 = "HIGH" //Turns on ...

Re: fallout 3 pipboy

Im stuck at the touch screen phase :/ it turns out using a touch screen for the raspberry pi is a pain! maybe it will work better with windows 10? lol I could care less about the LED's... but from the sounds of it, you just need to mess with some programming stuff and the LED's. If I am imagining th...

Re: 3.5" lcd touch display issues

I have the same problem, although I bought mine from tinylcd, someone suggested that I use alt & click which will let you move it around so you can get to the bottom and click buttons but that does not help our case :( the fourm I posted in is here http://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/posting.php?mode=...

Re: 3.5 Inch TFT Display for Raspberry Pi

Ok, so its been awhile but I was finally able to try it, it moves the tab around and I was to get to the buttons I needed for the wifi, but I mean there just has to be a way to go in and resize the gui so that the background and the programs open up for the correct size of the screen.

Re: fallout 3 pipboy

pipboy 3000 screen dimensions are (inside dremeld) 86mm x 58mm, this means the 3.5 inch TFT Display For Raspberry by neosec ( Pihttp://www.neosecsolutions.com//products.php?28&cPath=17) should fit perfectly since its demensions are 83mm X 55MM also it has no pcb board surrounding it and has an eaise...

Re: Adding RAM to Pi

So its not possible to use a heat gun/hair dryer/ hot air to successfully remove the ram chip, replace it with one that has more ram, solder the new one back to the bored using the same method to desolder (assuming all pins would match up) and make it work? while programming is alright, I think it w...

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to make a raspberry pi into a car's electronic control module, I mean an ECM is just a computer and I imagine the computers in cars do not use much ghz processing power.

raspberry pi used as a cellphone with simcard?

Hi, I was wondering if I could use my t mobile simcard with my raspberry pi and make it into a cellphone? well atleast be able to call and tx. The main reason I would want to do this, is so I can make the ultimate pipboy that has a daily function.
