Having trouble with an Ad Hoc network

I also use the transcend 8gb class 10 cards, so it may just have been luck, but thank you for your reply. I will look into mounting the ad card as a read only file system. Also I do remember that my team was doing some driver practice where they drained the battery low (maybe below 5v) multiple time...

I went to run the program and when I double clicked the executable, a window popped up asking if I wanted to execute it or execute it in the terminal.
