It probably will but you wont get 3D from them unless FreeCAD comes with some converter and it would still probably fail as Autocad drawing notoriously have infinitesimal gaps between lines develop and the builders do not see the drawing as solid at that point.

Still no idea as to how to get Gambas across to the Raspberry if I download it in windows. I have a Raspberry sitting idle as I have no clue how to get things started apart from booting it up on the SD card with the process I followed for Debian.
I did this but that was as far as it got though with gambas on the end rather than gambas2 showed a % increment and that was it. I can't find it anywhere but then I am a newbie.
