Re: My RasPi running off AAA batteries

The screen isn't running off the batteries as it needs 12v, I'm gonna rip it open and see if it can be powered from 5v (it'll have a regulator in there somewhere which I can hopefully bypass). I might look into using higher capacity batteries, I get the feeling the AAAs won't last too long You shou...

My order status page on Newark changed from May 12th to April 3rd.  Still shows a backorder status though.

Re: If the first batch is to stimulate interest in development...

<t>Well, being fully in the XBMC camp, you can probably guess what I think about this thread.  I first learned about the PI via the XBMC forums, and am eagerly awaiting a chance at one of the first units.  That being said, I plan on buying at least 1 more for myself to play around with, and as many ...

Re: Is it possible to run mac os 10.2 on it?

<t>Well, the fact of the matter is that even if it could run OS X, provided graphics drivers could be found, it is rather unlikely that the foundation would allow discussion of it here.  The OS X eula doesn't allow for installation on non-Apple hardware, and discussion of methods to do so could hurt...
