Correct. The Pi is too long which is why I will either have to find an alternative or else put my dremel into action !! It will fit with the right modifications

My only concern is the heat generated cooking the contents of the case. What do others think ?

well from what I read, things like routers and laptops can autosense and work with a cable.

I am guessing (because I havn't been able to get it to work) that because it didn't work for me it may need one. But I will give it another go.

I wondered if when they go on sale they will be available locally (ie pickup and pay from Cambridge), I live just up the road from Cambridge so if there are any launch events planned where we can turn up, pay and go that would be great.
