Why? While I can access Weather Addon, so I think it can access Internet

Currently I installed raspbmc in my Pi.
Its IP is 192.168.1.2, but I cant access 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.2:9981 either.
Actually I want to access XBMC using TCP in Java, because of above problem, I can not do anything more
