Re: Connect screen via GPIO

Hey guys, I've figured it out for the rPi A+, it's the same for B+ as well. Here is the correct way to wire them: the left is display, right the rPi connector 1. GND - GND 2. SCL - GPIO 11 SPI_SCLK 3. SCI - GPIO 10 SPI_MOSI 4. CS - GPIO 7 SPI_CE1 5. RS - GPIO 9 SPI_MISO 6. RST - 3.3V 7. VDD - 3.3V ...

Re: recalboxOS - emulation platform for RPi and RPi2

Okay, I ended up downloading it anyway, Recalbox works fine on the A+ model raspberry pi's, just a bit slower in game play.

Re: recalboxOS - emulation platform for RPi and RPi2

Hello, can anyone confirm if this OS runs on the A+ model? I like the default support for GPIO controllers but want to know if the image is compatible with my pi before I spend a day downloading it (slow internet, tops at 50 kb). The only info I could find on various websites was the B+ and 2 models...

Re: MAME4All Only recognizes first 16 inputs with GP-Wiz 40

I am also still having this issue with my controller. At one point I believe there to have been a patch for the 16 button cap. Does anyone have the patch and/or know how to change the source file? I will see what I can do, but I doubt if I will be able to fix it.

Re: Connect screen via GPIO

I purchased this screen off eBay for 18$, tried to hook it up today with the driver from the mztx06a library (the screen in the picture matches mine) and all I can get is a white screen. The pictures only show 7 hookup wires yet there are 8 connections. Any assistance would be appreciated because th...

Re: RELEASE: EmulationStation 2.0-RC1

Nice to see an update on such a great idea, version 2 looks and feels much better than the version that i was running...(came with retropie project 1.3 i think)... I was wondering is someone could construct or give me pointers to make the interface resemble that of a ps2, http://img176.imageshack.us...

Re: WIP: Playable Nintendo 64 Emulator Available

THIS IS AWSOME!!! I cant find any issues with it yet. Using a custom input joy config to use my ps2 controllers through usb, non overclock, with sound disabled. I have plans to personally add it to retro pie and maybe even repost the finished product. Overall great project. One question, does golden...

Re: Emulation Speculation

It is (maybe) possible, especialy once the android 4.0 operating system gets finished, once its finished you should be able to download an older version of nds4droid and run it at a painful speed on the pi with terrible controls... But still its an idea.
