Re: YouTube and videos

You can also install iceweasel browser and the gnash package then play YouTube videos as normal, you can even download videos straight onto the pi.

Dual Boot?

Is it possible to have more than one OS on a single SD card? I want to play around with other OS but all the constant formatting and installing puts me off.

Re: NOOBS Raspian Error writing image to SD card (solved)

I couldn't extract or copy the files onto the SD card using windows XP so I copied sohnishi's idea of putting the zip file onto the SD then extracting which did the job (without using Linux) :D

Re: RS and Allied Update #6

It's been over 2 months now and still nothing. Never buying from RS site again. From now on if a site is recommended by raspberrypi.org then I'd probably look elsewhere first, very dodgy :( :( :(

Re: RaspBerry Pi(e) Model C (imaginations & wants)

AND PLEASE ROUND THE EDGES OF THE BOARD! WHEN PEOPLE BUY RPI's THEY WANT TO FIT IT IN AN ALTOIDS TIN! IMHO only some strangely obsessed Americans have some bizarre reason to fit small electronic devices in Altoids cans, not even most Brits have such an abberation, even though Altoids is a British b...

Re: RS and Allied Update #6

Oh my, I really wished I read this post earlier, my partner ordered a pi camera from rs components as a surprise gift for me which was in stock (2 weeks ago). She didn't write down any reference number as she assumed it would be in a confirmation email which she never got. So now we cannot contact t...

Re: Weather Station Design Flaw

Alright maaaaate!

I don't if you are aware of this site (www.cottonpickersplace.com) but the guy who runs it builds custom made solar chargers for the pi at a reasonable price, it won't hurt to ask him for help.
Also might be worth a look at www.airpi.es for some ideas
