You can also install iceweasel browser and the gnash package then play YouTube videos as normal, you can even download videos straight onto the pi.

Dual Boot?
Is it possible to have more than one OS on a single SD card? I want to play around with other OS but all the constant formatting and installing puts me off.

I couldn't extract or copy the files onto the SD card using windows XP so I copied sohnishi's idea of putting the zip file onto the SD then extracting which did the job (without using Linux)

It's been over 2 months now and still nothing. Never buying from RS site again. From now on if a site is recommended by raspberrypi.org then I'd probably look elsewhere first, very dodgy

Alright maaaaate!
I don't if you are aware of this site (www.cottonpickersplace.com) but the guy who runs it builds custom made solar chargers for the pi at a reasonable price, it won't hurt to ask him for help.
Also might be worth a look at www.airpi.es for some ideas
