Thanks very much for that source ... So about 100kBytes/s seems to be the limit, right. Well, that would mean that it takes 3 seconds to capture an image with 640x480 pixels and 1 byte per pixel ... Hmmm ... Great for many things, but ...

Maybe I'm the only one, but I find it almost impossible to accept that this otherwise wonderfull hardware simply does not provide an elementary parallel port with a clock and an output enable - as almost ANY other such hardware since 1985 had. I need clock frequencies of 20..50 MHz for 8..14 bits of...
