Re: Stream video from DVD Player to Raspberry Pi

Providing it's nothing silly like format error i.e. PAL vs NTSC then it's probably Macrovision copy protection that's screwing your picture since not all video capture devices allow recordings from protected sources. Either you rip / re-burn your DVD content with copy protection removed (DVD Shirk)...

Re: Composite (or Component) Video INPUT!?

I purchased a UVC compatible video capture device that works great with the Raspberry Pi. I'm able to plug in my composite video source (camera) into it, then plug it into the USB port, and capture and stream the video using mjpg_streamer. Works great! $70 USD for FEBON 100 UVC video grabber from A...

Re: Raspberry Pi - USB UIRT

Here are the learnings/ debugging issues: 1. If the service does not start successfully, then it means either the hardware.conf does not have the right information or lircd.conf does not have the data in valid format. 2. The service starts successfully but irw does not show any output. It means the ...

Re: RPi - Webcam Server

The web configuration interface was available after changing the parameter in the conf file:

# Restrict control connections to localhost only (default: on)
control_localhost off

Changed from ON to OFF.

Can someone please throw some light on the audio issue ?
