picamera stream inside a python framework (web.py)

Hi everyone, Has anyone tried to integrate the piCamera stream to custom python framework (like: web.py, django or flask) ? I have a REST service within the web.py framework and I'd like to integrate that if I'm doing a get to webcam path (http://raspberry-pi-camera/webcam) to get back the stream of...

Re: Connect VCNL4000 sensor to raspberry pi (using piface)

Thanks for your quick reply! My second question is if you have faced any issues while connecting it an use it along with your Raspberry Pi ? If you check my question here (http://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/8427/error-accessing-0x13-check-your-i2c-address) for some reason I don't know wh...

Re: WebIOPi : control your Pi’s GPIO with a browser

Its ok, I'll take an approach by having a Flask environment (using this tutorial: http://blog.miguelgrinberg.com/post/des ... -and-flask ) on a different port and store the data over there.

Thanks anyway! ;)

Re: WebIOPi : control your Pi’s GPIO with a browser

Hi there, First of all thanks @trouch / Eric for your great work and support! ;) I'd like to hear your recommendations or comments about my idea of the project that I'm working on. I've developed a small iPhone app that interacts with RaspberryPi over Webiopi (thanks to Eric!) but what I'd like to d...

Re: Installing RPi.Gpio for python

@sstpierre68: I recommend that you should plug your Pi to the internet and upgrade it, the commands that I've used were: If you are using Raspbian, all you need to do to install the latest release is: $ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade $ sudo apt-get install python-rpi.gpio python3-rp...

Hi @Frak, I can confirm as @PHMJS replied to your post that I'm stuck at the same step. Could you please give details how to install? Can you tell us where you run these commands? $ ./phpize $ ./configure --enable--spi $ make $ make test $ sudo make install Read on other blog sites / forums that php...

Re: Simple Gpio help

@penguintutor: I know that my next question won't be 100% related to the topic but its related to it. Can you tell me if there is any possibility to connect sensors to PiFace? Trying to attach two temperature sensors to it but right now I'm not sure which one I should purchase and the most important...

PiFace and (temperature) sensors

Hi guys,

Trying to find an answer to my question if I'm able to connect temperature sensors to PiFace module. I'd like to read the temperature from them and display to a website.

Has anyone tried this before?

Thank you,
Alex
