Hello, Well I got finally got noobs_v1_4_0 standalone to work. The critical step seems to be; don't unzip NOOBS directly to the micro-sd card root, but unzip NOOBS somewhere else then copy (drag and drop, as instructions say) to micro-sd card. Oh well. Hello, Downloaded NOOBS_v1_4_0.zip, did the micro-sd blank, partition, format, unzip and boot on a new rpi-b+. It say's "no install" without internet access. This is the alledged standalone image, NOT the internet install image. What gives? I can see the raspbian stuff on the newly formatted and unz...

I don't use windows. I've tried reading the pdf's on Freebsd, ubuntu, OSX (power pc), Plan9 and all say essentially that the file is broken.
