Re: Uinput problem

New problem arised. when XBMC is loaded pygame doesnt get any feedback from the Joystick/GamePad/NES Controller.

but the python XBMC library does work, and works well. so once i can figure out why XBMC is halting my Joystick that part will be done.

Re: Project: Raspberry PiNES

Honestly i think you should have kept the original NES Controller Ports. if you wanted to hook them up VIA USB than you could have done that inside the NES Case. but either way nice job.

Re: Multi-console gamepad driver for GPIO

Can you add support for Genesis Controllers? Reading about them seems like the coding would be fairly easy, but they would use 7 pins each. Pin Name (Select=GND) Name (Select=+5V) 1 Up Up 2 Down Down 3 Gnd Left 4 Gnd Right 5 +5VDC +5VDC 6 Button A Button B 7 Select Select 8 Ground Ground 9 Start But...

Re: Running a never ending loop Python script at startup

Continuing with Run at startup + In background. I have a button on GPIO that i want to beable to hit a virtual excape key. I put command to launch it in rc.local "sudo python /home/pi/run.py &" (now typing this out i think my mistake is expicitly calling python, do i need to call python?) and normal...

Re: Wake from halt

I too am wondering, if i could use the same button to apply "Sudo Halt" and use the Wake Function? Say i have a "Power" button, if the RPi is "halted" it wakes it, if the RPi is on it issues a "Sudo Halt" command. now how can i issue a sudo halt command and be sure it is entered? e.x running an appl...
