Thanks, Ioannis - let me know if I can help (phil@raspberrypi.org). Hi, Thank you PhilE for already provided support!! Re: Moving Linux kernel to 4.9

Thanks for the feedback - I'm clutching at straws and it was worth a try. It sounds like you can send and receive any data you like as long as it's ff. More straw clutching: have you tried dropping the I2C baud rate? "dtparam=i2c1_baudrate=10000" in config.txt should do the job. Hi, I'm the bad man...

Re: UPS for Raspberry and USB HDD please recommend

Hi,

UPS PIco protect whatever is connected/powered to/from the Raspberry Pi on the J8 or USB sockets. Therefore if your HDD is powered from USB then OK.

The UPS PIco is able to supply up to 2 A if cable power is missed.

Re: Prevent SD-Card Corruption

Hi, You can simply use the UPS PIco that solve completely the card corruption problem, offering a plenty of other extra features. The most important is that you do not need to have any extra powering system, just put it on top of RPi, power as usual, and that is it. See here: http://www.pimodulescar...

Re: UPiS - Uninterruptible Power intelligent Supply

Hi, Please find here below my answers for your questions. What is the accuracy of the emulated Real Time Clock (RTC), i.e. what time deviation per month or year should one expect? The RTC is emulated on the mico controller. We have used an "zero drift" algorithm with their own crystal of 32 768 kHz....

Re: Mehrere Erweitungsboards gleichzeitig möglich?

Hi, I mean, the current that is drawing from the battery, and provided to the J8 5V Pins. The specifications of the Raspberry Pi B+ HAT says that powering should be able to provide 5V 2A. In order to provide 5V 2A, the step-up (boost) converter need to draw current from battery about 3.5 - 3.8 A. Du...

Re: Mehrere Erweitungsboards gleichzeitig möglich?

Hi, I'm from Pi Modules, manufacturer of the UPS PIco , just saw your comments about 25C of the LiPO battery. The 25C is not addressed to temperature of the battery, but means the current that can be provided by battery. Therefore 25C means that battery can provide current 25 times of battery capaci...

Hi, I have a question. Why on the development board there are only protection on the HDMI control lines and not on the others? Any special reason?
