Tried diff card, no signs of damage. It started when ran new OS, tow boot errors then Freeze then just RED LED. very strange.

Can't do anything as won't boot. Before problem when powered up red yell green lit up but now only red. It's not accessing as card.

Just tried Pi with USB plugged into Mac keyboard. Meter reports 4.96V but still only red led lit. Is is fried?

Are you waiting long enough? The boot length of RetroPie is quite long before it becomes responsive ( I would guess close to 1 to 1.5 min). My cab with no Ethernet connected I often get just a red light most of the time except when roms are loading. Are you overclocked? If your R Pi died I doubt it...

Cant find meter at moment. Have removed all peripherals with no change. Will try to find another PSU. Many thanks for advice so far.

I was looking around web site for different os for my PI. I found RetroPi and tried it. The normal text scrolled on screen then it froze on sticky KB. I rebooted and it froze at same place. I turned off and inserted a SD with rasp ops but on inserting power cable only RED LED lite up, nothing else. ...

NOOBS 1.3.3

I downloaded NOOBS 1.3.3 placed on SD card and booted PI. Screen said it is v1.3.2.???

Trying DL again in case I made a booboo. Anyone else had this?

Just tried that program. It could only see 1.7GB of 8GB SD card and after long time reported it could not format it. Anyone got any other suggestions?

SHA-1 Checksum on RasB Wheezy

Ive downloaded the SD image twice and followed the checksum instructions but it does not match the one show on DL page, but both downloads match which suggests dl Page is wrong. SD images fail to work on pi so maybe problem. Any advice please.
