Other thoughts you would need a modem of some sort, would use a 4G modem to get the most out of the service. I think you're best bet here is to buy a dongle 4G enabled using EE network on a data contract. Then hook up the modem to the PI, enable DHCP etc on the PI for customers with a webpage enable...

So just got my raspi camera I take a simple picture using raspistill -o camera_image.jpg and the terminal and camera just hangs, does nothing?!

@rurwin £19.00 on a plug for a computer that costs £30.00 is fairly excessive. I was looking for something around £5.00. At the end of the day the 'pi store' on eBay are imo buying the cheapo plugs £3.00 and selling them for £10.00. So my question really should be re-phrased whats the best cheapest ...

currently using my samsung charger for powering the pi can someone link me to a decent power plug for the pi. Some on eBay are £10 upwards whilst others branded as a micro usb are as little as £3 is someone just making some money slapping Raspberry Pi onto the advert?

Instead of coming on here to ask for someone to get back to you, why don't you make the effort to pm a couple of people from reading their topics and email a quick article on what they made and why.

Just research a couple for example, home security, web server, webcams etc etc

Possibly dude, where did you put gencam.cgi and sh just to clarify, what is gencam the name of your camera on usb list as mine comes up as gemcam??
