Apologies for a basic post, but I just got a Model B and can't boot it up for the first time. I have a 4GB SD card and am using a HDMI-DVI cable. The mouse and keyboard are connected via USB. I used win32-image-writer to prepare the SD card, which looks OK when I view the files on a Windows computer...
