Re: Pi boots to flashing _ screen

Have you tried a different OS?
Like Debian for instance?

Raspbmc Connection Trouble

My Pi is connected to the internet via Internet Connection Sharing, but I can't control my Pi using the XBMC Remote Control android app, as the IP address that the Pi gives me won't work, when I used Fing, it couldn't see it on our network. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Re: Screen Problems

I've now got it to work by editing the config file.

# uncomment if you get no picture on HDMI for a default "safe" mode
hdmi_safe=1

Screen Problems

Hi, I've got a raspberry pi model B. It worksfine using my hdmi input TV. But recently I brought an LG Monitor ( E1942 ) with an hdmi to vga adapter ( http://goo.gl/yU9R8 ) and only Rasbmc appears on the monitor screen, with Debian and raspbian wheezy it has a signal but just a black screen appears....

Re: Raspberry Snake

Thanks, after I compared my code to the one you suggested I found a few typos as well as wrong indents.
Thank you for getting back so quickly.

Re: Raspberry Snake

Yes I agree.
However the example code in the user guide doesn't have any indentations either.
Would the indentations follow the same pattern as before?
Thanks

Raspberry Snake

Hi, I've made the raspberry pi snake game out of the 'Raspberry pi user guide' but whenever I run it, it comes up with a black screen. Any one got any ideas? (I'm using Python 2.7 and Pygame) #!/user/bin/env python import pygame, sys, time, random from pygame.locals import * pygame.init() fpsClock =...
