Re: Kinect drivers?

Awesome. I'm really excited about trying this I know the kinect sensors aren't cheap, but it still leaves you with a sub £100 gesture/voice controlled media terminal if you shop around. I really really can't wait to get my hands on a couple of RasPis!

Re: Kinect drivers?

<t>Not sure exactly which module, but I'm pretty sure kernel support arrived with version 3.0.1 if that helps? Might even be called gspca_kinect. Requires some software to run as well I think! I'm really not clued up on the kinect for linux, I'm only at the stage of building my own distro from a min...

Re: HDMI and component at the same time?

No bother, I'll just run two Pi's then. Can always network them to share files instead :D It would be useful to have an audio in at that point though.

Edit: Thanks!

Re: HDMI and component at the same time?

<t>Am I going to be able to have multiple outputs on the option B Raspberry Pi?<br/> <br/> Would be handy as I'm planning on using it as an in-car PC. I can run the current touch screen on a component out, but when I get another (for the double din slot) I'll be getting an HDMI screen. Would be nice...
