liblept3 version 1.69-3.1 is in the Raspbian "wheezy" repository, therefore you should of not installed the ARM v7 Debian version....

The biggest issue is the DRM Feature Google use with NetFlex has not been ratified as a standard, therefore it would seem likely Google have given some monetary assurance..
